1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all contracts between BRYX Agency and the customer. The GTC also apply to future business relationships, even if they have not been explicitly agreed upon.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The offers of BRYX Agency are non-binding and subject to change. A contract is only concluded when BRYX Agency has confirmed the customer's offer in writing. BRYX Agency reserves the right to reject an offer without giving reasons.

3. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is at the customer's risk. BRYX Agency is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping. If the delivery arrives damaged, the customer is obliged to report this immediately to BRYX Agency.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payments are due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of payment delay, BRYX Agency is entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 5% above the respective base interest rate.

5. Warranty and Liability

BRYX Agency guarantees that its services are free of defects. If the customer nevertheless detects defects, he must report them to BRYX Agency immediately. BRYX Agency's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Data Protection

BRYX Agency treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details about the handling of personal data, data protection as well as data security are described in detail in the privacy policy. The data transmission takes place via a secure and encrypted internet connection.

7. Severability Clause

If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

8. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Berlin.
